Get Tough.
When we train it's serious business. We do techiniques on bodies, on one another. Doing techniques in the air is good for famiarity, but when it comes to training for the street, you have to train on bodies.
We do spar, we do fight, we work as hard when we fight as we do when we practice our techniques. If fighting two people simultaneously doesn't make you tough, maybe nothing will.
When you factor in the hardcore warm ups, the absolutely brutal techniques done on one another and the fighting, you should be tough enough.
Are you tough enough? We'll be the judge of that.
